Gina C. Botti

Ms. Botti advises clients on a variety of real estate law-related matters. She graduated from the Westfield State College in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree of science in Criminal Justice, with honors, and in 2007 from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to starting Botti Legal, Ms. Botti worked in the civil litigation and real estate departments of some of the most prestigious law firms in Metro Denver. Today, most of her practice is focused on transactional and civil litigation in the areas of business and real estate law. She uses her expertise to anticipate issues and keep your legal matter moving forward. Ms. Botti represents clients in a broad mix of real estate and business law matters, including contract review, homeowners association matters, breach of contract disputes, residential construction disputes, mechanic’s lien and foreclosure matters, and general business transactions. Ms. Botti is licensed to practice law in Colorado (State and Federal Courts), Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Douglas/Elbert Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
